Tara Anderson was born and raised in Chico, California. She graduated from UC Irvine in Business Economics with Cum Laude Honors and Phi Beta Kappa Honors. Tara has extensive real estate investment knowledge and experience. Previously, she worked at various commercial real estate investment firms in Orange County selling non-traded REITs, TIC's, and Private Placements in just about every real estate asset class. She became a Real Estate Broker in 2010 and shortly thereafter, moved back to Chico to form Ballou Company.
In addition to her real estate career, Tara is very involved in the equestrian community and her family owns Camelot Equestrian Park in Butte Valley, California.
Tara lives in Chico with her wonderful husband and daughter. She rides horses competitively throughout California.

Andy Anderson was formally educated as a Mechanical Engineer and graduated from UC Irvine in 2008. After working in the energy industry as a Professional Engineer, he was employed as a financial analyst for a boutique investment firm in Chico where he earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Andy’s mechanical knowledge and analytical skillset serves him well as the Chief Financial Officer of Ballou Company.
Outside of work, Andy enjoys raising his beautiful daughter and sharing life with his amazing wife, Tara Anderson. His horse keeps him humble and he challenges himself through cycling and sailing.

Sue's background in real estate started with managing transactions for busy agents on the Central Coast, handling everything from REOs to residential, horse and ranch properties. Kendra Anderson has a B.S. in Agricultural Business from CSU, Chico. Originally from Rocklin, she has lived in Chico since 2007. She is a third generation real estate investor and second-generation REALTOR. She is a member of the Chico Association of Realtors and The North Valley Property Owners Association. She is also the owner of K. Anderson Rentals, managing her own residential rental properties in Chico. As the daughter of a general contractor, Kendra has a broad knowledge of all aspects of planning, architecture and development of a home.

Miranda Garrity has lived in Butte County for over 25 years. She feels so blessed to have grown up in such a unique community filled with such beauty, opportunities and tons of recreation! She grew up showing horses competitively through AQHA and also at local open events. A lot of life lessons were learned during this time! Miranda became a Certified Massage Therapist in 2008 in pursuit of her passion in helping others. She worked at a local spa and also at a Chiropractor’s office for a couple years. Then, the greatest adventure in life started when she married her high school sweetheart Brian Garrity, and they started a family in their small hometown. Born and raised in Michigan, Stephanie moved to California in 1999 to attend San Diego State University. Upon graduation, she moved to St. Helena, California and began her career in commercial real estate development with William A. Saks & Co. She worked closely with the owner/broker of the company on build-to-suit office space, raw land developments and creating investor packages. It was there that Stephanie fell in love with real estate and, in 2008, obtained her real estate license. Stephanie now lives in Lodi, CA with her husband and three children. Amy Nelms is the sixth generation of her family in Butte Valley. She graduated California State University Chico with a B.A. in Public Relations in Journalism and minors in English and Agriculture with Magna Cum Laude honors. She returned to Chico State and graduated with her Multiple Subject Teaching Credential in 2013. She has been teaching elementary school in Oroville since 2014.
Amy has four horses and has a lifelong dedication to improving her horsemanship skills.
